Yes for VAT: if you're VAT-registered, quotes add 15% VAT and show your VAT number. ZATCA e-invoicing for Pro+ tax invoices opens soon: you will connect your account once (about 2 minutes, with a one-time code from the Fatoora portal), and DuneQuote will sign each tax invoice, add the QR code and send it to ZATCA for you. Not registered? Untick “I'm VAT-registered” in Settings: no VAT is added.
On any quote your client hasn't answered yet, from 20 hours after you create it until the day-10 reminder, you can tap “Send a follow-up now”: WhatsApp opens with the message ready, you just press send. This is on every plan. With Pro, First 50 and Pro+, DuneQuote also emails you on day 2, 5 and 10 with that follow-up ready, and if you added your client's email, emails them a short reminder with the quote link. These reminders go out with our daily run at 10:00 (Dubai time), once 2, 5 and 10 days have passed since you created the quote, and stop as soon as the client accepts or declines. DuneQuote never sends WhatsApp messages for you. With Pro+, for unpaid invoices we email your client a payment reminder on the due date and 3 days later (if you added their email), and you can send a WhatsApp payment reminder from the invoice.
It's the Pro plan (not Pro+) at SAR 99 a year, VAT included, for our first 50 paying customers. Regular Pro is SAR 29 a month. Your subscription renews automatically every year at SAR 99 (VAT included) until you cancel. The price stays locked while your subscription stays active (or if you resubscribe within 30 days). If you cancel, you keep the SAR 99 price if you subscribe again within 30 days of the end of your last paid period. After those 30 days, the offer is lost. Moving to Pro+ means paying the regular Pro+ price (SAR 49 a month, VAT included) and ends your First 50 price. You can switch back to it within 30 days of moving; after that, it's lost.
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically (every month, or every year for the First 50 customers offer) until you cancel. Cancel in Manage billing in the app, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
